The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Human Resources Associate to support HR functions in Italy and Malta under the supervision of the Resources Management Officer and HR Coordinator.

This role focuses on timely, accurate and compliant HR processes, facilitating a respectful and inclusive workplace and assisting colleagues across governmental and non-governmental partners to deliver HR services effectively.

Organizational Context and Scope

Under the overall supervision of the Resources Management Officer (RMO) and the direct supervision of the HR Coordinator, the Human Resources Associate will be responsible and accountable for supporting the delivery and implementation of Human Resources (HR) functions in Italy and Malta, facilitating timely, accurate and compliant implementation of HR processes.
