IOM is seeking a Human Resources Associate to support HR functions in Italy and Malta. The role involves coordinating recruitment processes, onboarding, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with IOM regulations.

Fluency in Italian and English is required, with experience in HR information systems and ERP strongly preferred. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the HR Coordinator, contributing to timely HR processes, reporting, and staff support across duty

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR/related field.
Experience in HR administration and personnel records.
Proficiency with HR information systems and ERP systems.

Mansioni

Coordinate recruitment processes: advise hiring managers, draft VN/SVN, screen applicants, prepare interview materials, conduct reference checks and job offers.
Support pre-employment activities: EOD documentation, medical clearance coordination, enrollment in insurance plans, induction sessions, security briefings.
Maintain HR data: input/verify data, manage personnel files, generate reports, process contract changes and separations.
Process HR actions: separations, promotions, classifications, and disciplinary cases in coordination with regional and HRM teams.
Provide guidance and training to junior staff and respond to standard inquiries on entitlements and responsibilities.
