Prysmian is seeking an HSE Supervisor to drive Health, Safety, and Environmental excellence across the site. You will act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and supporting leaders in building a strong safety culture.

You will lead risk assessments, manage incidents, and promote continuous improvement across operations, aligning with ISO standards while mentoring the HSE team and engaging with stakeholders.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• HSE Internal Auditor certification is desirable.
• Experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental management within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, risk management, incident investigation methodologies, and management systems standards.

Mansioni

• Maintain and improve HSE Management Systems in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company HSE requirements.
• Lead risk assessments and implement preventive and corrective actions to reduce workplace risks.
• Monitor HSE performance through leading and lagging indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Influence and support leadership teams to integrate safety into everyday decision-making.
• Promote employee engagement, hazard reporting, stop-work authority, and a proactive safety culture.
• Represent the site during audits, inspections, and interactions with external authorities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the site HSE team while partnering with operational leaders and stakeholders.
• Support deployment of Group HSE strategy and cross-site projects.
