ERM is seeking an EHS & ESG M&A Intern based in Milan to join our Merger & Acquisition team. You will support EHS audits within M&A projects and contribute to ESG audits and action plans to identify and manage sustainability risks and opportunities.

The role is in-person in Milan with a focus on collaborative, international work and travel readiness. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Environmental, Energy or Chemical Engineering and is fluent in English.

Competenze

• Master degree in Environmental, Energy or Chemical Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
• Fluency in English (C1); knowledge of other languages a plus.
• Good knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel and to work in an international environment.
• Curiosity, flexibility and team player attitude.
