ERM in Milan is seeking an intern to join the Health and Safety Team, working on EHS strategy, management systems, and audit programs. You will support compliance activities, training, and reporting for multinational clients, aligning with ISO standards.

The role requires a Master’s degree in environmental fields, familiarity with EHS regulations, and strong English skills (B2/C1); travel and international collaboration are expected.

Competenze

• Master's degree in environmental engineering, environmental sciences or related discipline.
• Familiarity with EHS regulations and industrial hygiene basics.
• Willingness to travel and work in an international environment.
• Good knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in English (B2/C1); knowledge of another European language is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support audits, awareness programs, training and risk assessment activities.
• Prepare material for H&S training and field coaching, including competency assessment.
• Develop Environmental Management and Health and Safety Systems per ISO standards.
• Assist in writing high-quality client reports meeting regulatory requirements.
