Job summary

Rotork in Tuscany seeks an HSE Engineer to ensure compliance with safety standards, identify hazards, and develop and implement mitigation plans across operations.

Reporting to the HSE Facility Manager, you will conduct audits, Gemba walks, analyze injuries, and drive continuous improvement of health, safety and environmental performance.

Ideal candidates hold a technical degree and experience with ISO 14001/45001/50001, and are fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a structured company.
• Mastery of safety and environmental regulations.
• Knowledge of international Standards on Safety and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 45001).
• Ability to analyze data, generate measures and reports.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Identify hazards, assess risks and implement preventive actions.
• Coordinate ASPP tasks per D.Lgs. 81/2008 and risk controls.
• Conduct internal audits, Gemba walks, and KPI reporting.
• Drive continual health, safety and environmental improvements.
