Rotork, the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, is seeking an HSE Engineer in Italy to ensure compliance with safety standards, identify hazards, and develop mitigation plans. Reporting to the HES Facility Manager, you will perform audits, Gemba walks, KPI reporting, and drive continuous improvement in health, safety and environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in HSE, knowledge of ASPP regulations, ISO management systems, and strong data analysis skills;

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years experience in HSE roles in a structured company.
• Solid knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001/45001/50001 management systems.
• Ability to analyze data, generate measures and report results.
• Fluent in English; MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Identify hazards and mitigate risks; develop and implement plans.
• Coordinate ASPP tasks per D.Lgs. 81/2008 with the Risk Prevention Service.
• Conduct internal audits, Gemba walks, and KPI reporting.
• Drive continuous safety and environmental improvements.
