EssilorLuxottica in Italy invites applications for a motivated HRBP intern to support the HR manager in daily activities and learn the role.

You will handle HR analytics, recruiting and training for blue-collar staff, CV screening, scheduling training, and partnering with Plant Business Leaders to guide and develop their organization.

Your role

We are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising candidate to join us.

As HRBP intern you will experience what means to support the HR manager in is daily activities in order to learn and became independent.

Main Responsibilities

• HR Analytics;
• Recruiting and training activities for blu collar according to plant needs;

• Partnership with Plant Business Leaders to guide and develop their organization.

Salary Package

• 900 Eur Gross per month
