EssilorLuxottica is seeking a proactive Intern to join the EMEA Allocation Run & Volumes Planning Team. The role supports daily operational activities related to allocation processes, order fulfillment, forecasting, reporting, and performance monitoring across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities include monitoring ARUN jobs, troubleshooting failures, maintaining master data, handling tickets, and preparing forecasting files for EMEA FCs.

• Educational Background in Economics/Engineering/Data Analytics/Business Administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office software packages
• Languages: Italian and English mandatory

Mansioni

• Monitor Allocation Run (ARUN) jobs on a daily basis, ensuring successful execution and timely completion.
• Analyze and troubleshoot ARUN job failures, performing necessary corrections and relaunching processes when required.
• Manage and maintain ARUN master data and system settings to ensure allocation process accuracy.
• Handle and execute tickets related to product allocation and order fulfillment processes.
• Support the configuration and maintenance of allocation parameters and ARUN settings.
• Prepare and process forecasting files with a focus on EMEA FCs operations.
• Extract and consolidate data from company systems for operational reporting and performance analysis.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to released and shipped volumes.
• Prepare and share regular performance updates with internal stakeholders and EMEA markets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics Business Support and IT teams to ensure smooth process execution and issue resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing allocation and order management processes.
