EssilorLuxottica in Italy is seeking a proactive HR professional to work with our manufacturing teams. The role focuses on HR analytics, recruiting and training for blue-collar staff, and coordinating training schedules to align with plant needs.

You will screen CVs, maintain relationships with work agencies, and collaborate with Plant Business Leaders to develop the organization. A solutions-oriented mindset and strong communication are essential.

Your role

• HR Analytics
• Recruiting and training activities for blu collar according to plant needs
• CV Screening and keeping relationship with work agency
• Scheduling of training activities for blu collar
• Partnership with Plant Business Leaders to guide and develop their organization

Main Requirements

• You have at least 0-1 years of experience

Salary Package

• 900 Eur Gross per month
