EssilorLuxottica seeks a motivated HRBP intern to support the HR manager in daily activities and grow independently. You will assist with HR analytics, recruiting and training activities for blue-collar workers, CV screening, and coordinating training scheduling.

Your role

We are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising candidate to join us.

As HRBP intern you will experience what means to support the HR manager in is daily activities in order to learn and became independent.

Main responsibilities:

• -HR Analytics;
• -Recruiting and training activities for blu collar according to plant needs;
• -CV Screening and keeping relationship with work agency
• -Scheduling of training activities for blu collar;
• -Partnership with Plant Business Leaders to guide and develop their organization.

Main requirements:

• You do not see problems, you just see solutions.
• You have strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong relationship attitude and excellent communication skills.
• You have strong analytical attitudes.
• You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously.
• You have at least 0-1 years of experience
