EssilorLuxottica seeks a seasoned Head of Logistics Automation to shape the global automation strategy across its logistics network. You will steer the design and deployment of automated solutions, driving efficiency, scalability and innovation in facilities worldwide.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define standards, and ensure seamless integration with WMS, WCS and ERP while delivering measurable KPIs and cost optimization.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Automation, Electrical or Logistics Engineering.
• 10+ years in logistics automation or automated logistics systems.
• Proven experience leading large-scale automation projects in logistics/distribution environments.
• Strong knowledge of automated material handling and warehouse automation.
• Experience with ASRS, shuttle, AMR/AGV, conveyor and sortation systems.
• Knowledge of WCS and industrial automation/control systems.
• Experience in system integration across WMS, WCS, ERP and automation platforms.
• Strong project/program management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with international and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of KNAPP solutions and SAP EWM/WM is a plus.

Your Role

As Head of Logistics Automation, you will define and drive the global automation strategy across the logistics network. • Annual Gross Salary 70.000 Eur - 85.000 Eur
