Ferrari S.p.A. in Maranello, Italy, offers an HR Technical Engagement Activities Support Internship focused on monitoring and developing engagement programs for Ferrari blue collars. Daily tasks include supporting the HR Business Partner and managing the employee life cycle, with reports and KPI analysis.

Fluent English required, Power BI knowledge considered a plus, and a monthly allowance with restaurant access is provided. Internship is in the HR Industrial team at Maranello.

We are looking for a dedicated intern in our HR Industrial team, with the objective of monitoring and developing engagement programs for our Ferrari blue collars, aiming to promote continuous improvement, motivation, and participation in company’s activities.

Simultaneously, you will support the HR Business Partner on the following daily activities:

• employee life cycle management;
• update and provide reports, KPI analysis and monitoring.

Required profile

For this fundamental role in managing the HR Industrial activities, we are ideally looking for a recent Master graduate or current Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.

You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects (in automotive or luxury sectors) that allow you to understand business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.

In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. We require attention to the detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role. You are motivated to adapt to and learn from the company culture. It goes without saying that you relish a challenge.

The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). Knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus.
