Ferrari is seeking an HR Intern to support engagement activities in the HR Industrial team at Maranello. You will monitor and develop engagement programs for the blue-collar workforce and assist the HR Business Partner with daily activities.

The role requires a recent Master graduate or final-year student in Management or Mechanical Engineering, fluent English, and strong MS Office skills; Power BI is a plus. Monthly allowance and access to the company restaurant are provided.

Competenze

• Recent Master graduate or current Master student eligible for internship
• Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Experience from internships/projects in automotive or luxury sectors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Power BI is a plus; Fluent English required

Mansioni

• Monitor and develop engagement programs for Ferrari blue collars

• Update reports, KPI analysis and monitoring
