Ferrari S.p.A. in Maranello, Italy seeks an After-Sales Intern to support KPI reporting and dealer network activities. You will help monitor service performance, maintain incident databases, and contribute to forecasting initiatives across Southern Europe.

The role requires a Master’s degree in business/economics/engineering or enrollment in the final year, fluent English, and a passion for automotive excellence. Monthly allowance provided.

We are looking for a dedicated intern in our Ferrari South Europe After Sales team. We are looking for an intern who is eager to enter a highly innovative and challenging work environment. As an After Sales intern, you will work on a full range of responsibilities in our team, supervised by our After Sales Managers.

You will cooperate in different activities, including:

• Creating reports to monitor After-Sales KPIs and, based on the analyses performed, supporting projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and delivering an increasingly high-quality service.
• Monitoring vehicle repair times, maintaining databases related to incidents, and providing support to the dealer network on various after-sales topics.
• Supporting network forecasting activities to identify underperforming dealerships, with a focus on both the Italian market and other Southern European countries.

Required profile

For this fundamental role, we are ideally looking for a recent Master graduate or current Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Business/Economics, Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects (in automotive or luxury sectors) that allow you to understand business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.

In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. We require attention to the detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role. You are motivated to adapt to and learn from the company culture. It goes without saying that you relish a challenge.

The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
