Ferrari in Maranello, Italy is seeking a dedicated HR Industrial intern to monitor and develop engagement programs for the blue-collar workforce. You will support the HR Business Partner on daily tasks, including employee life cycle management and KPI reporting, contributing to continuous improvement and participation across the company.

Ideal candidates are Master students or recent graduates in Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, fluent in English, with internships in automotive

Competenze

• Recent Master graduate or current Master student eligible for internship in HR Industrial.
• Internships or projects in automotive or luxury sectors to understand business complexities.
• Fluent English and strong communication; proficient in MS Office; Power BI is a plus.

Mansioni

• Monitor and develop engagement programs for Ferrari blue collars.
• Support HR Business Partner with daily activities: life cycle management and reporting.
• Provide KPI analysis and monitoring via reports.
