Human Value is seeking a Global HR Business Partner – Operations to support the evolution and optimization of our client’s global Operations organization within a newly formed international group backed by private equity.

The role blends organizational design, workforce analytics and hands-on HR support for Italy, requiring 5–10 years HR experience in manufacturing or multinational environments, strong numerical skills, and fluent English.

Competenze

• 5–10 years HR experience in manufacturing or multinational environments.
• Strong numerical and cost-analysis skills with a business mindset.
• Fluent English with international experience; PE-backed context helpful.

Mansioni

• Partner with Operations and Sr Management to optimize and integrate the global Operations structure and footprint.
• Develop workforce analytics, KPIs and cost analyses to support decisions.
• Support Italy HQ HR including industrial relations and recruitment at group level.
