Rome Floyd Chamber is seeking an HR Administrative Specialist to support both complex and routine HR tasks, partnering closely with senior HR management and staff. The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality and applying knowledge of HR principles, laws, and Office software.

The candidate should have an Associate's degree in HR or related field with 4+ years in administrative roles and 1 year in HR/payroll/benefits, plus a valid driver's license and NIMS 100/700 within 3 months.

Competenze

• Associates Degree required in human resources, business management or a related field; equivalent combo considered.
• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in an administrative/clerical position.
• One (1) year of human resources, payroll, or benefits experience.
• Public sector or local government HR experience preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in the state of residency.
• Must obtain NIMS 100 and 700 within three (3) months of employment.
