Leonardo S.p.A. is seeking an HR Intern to support the HR Business Partner in People Management activities within a dynamic HR environment. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core people processes while collaborating with the HR team.
You will handle day-to-day HR requests, assist with recruitment and training needs, and contribute to employee development initiatives, with a focus on data accuracy in SAP/Workday and general administration.

How does the selection process work? Following the application collection phase, the CVs that best match the required qualifications will be evaluated and shortlisted. Selected candidates will take part in an introductory interview with the Human Resources team, focusing on motivation and aptitude, followed by an in-depth technical interview with the relevant Business function. At the end of the process, all candidates will receive feedback, regardless of whether the outcome is positive or negative.
