Alfa Laval Corporate AB is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to strengthen our ability to attract and hire the right talent across the organization. Based in Italy, you will primarily support recruitment activities in Italy and Greece, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager South & Central Europe.

You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, combining hands-on recruitment delivery with proactive sourcing, talent pipelining and employer branding to meet current and future hiring needs

Competenze

• Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment in a corporate environment.
• Ability to design and implement sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to leverage metrics for better results.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with ATS (Workday) and modern sourcing tools.
• Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
