Sungrow Europe is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with Italian business leaders, implement HR strategies, and ensure compliance with Italian labor laws within the Lombardy region.

You will support payroll, labor relations, onboarding, and development initiatives, manage HRIS and reporting, and help shape a positive employee experience in a fast-growing green tech company.

Competenze

• Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally within an international environment.
• Proven experience in Italian payroll and labor relations is essential.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.

Qualifications
