Job summary

Ecosmic is seeking an HR & Operations Intern in Turin, Italy. You will work closely with the Head of People across the employee journey, from hiring and onboarding to how the team grows and works together.

In this hands‑on internship you’ll support admin, logistics and day‑to‑day operations, help improve hiring and onboarding, assist with payroll preparation, organize retreats and events, and coordinate travel and calendars.

Qualifications

• No prior professional experience required.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to tackle new projects and handle admin tasks.
• Ability to improve processes and suggest improvements.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support HR, sales, events, and day‑to‑day operations with the Head of People.
• Assist hiring and onboarding, maintain HR docs and internal processes.
• Support monthly payroll preparation and expense reports.
• Organise retreats and travel, coordinate events.
• Assist with sales conference prep and meeting coordination.
• Manage travel, accommodation, calendars, and office logistics.
