Job summary

MINT in Milan is seeking an HR Generalist Intern to join our People Team for a six-month, full-time internship. You will support talent acquisition, coordinate mandatory training and health coordination in Italy, and contribute to employee experience initiatives.

You will conduct first-round interviews in English and Italian, maintain recruiting data, and own a People project from start to finish. Fluency in Italian and English, plus a Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR or related field, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labour Studies, Business Administration or related field.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, CV screening, scheduling, and pipeline updates.
• Conduct first-round interviews in English and Italian for technical roles.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and prepare updates on open positions and dropout reasons.
• Coordinate mandatory training in Italy, managing enrolments and deadlines.
• Coordinate occupational health appointments in Italy with external providers.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, HRIS data maintenance and documentation.
• Contribute to People communications and employee surveys.
• Own at least one People project from start to finish involving planning, implementation and analysis.
