The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years HR/Operations experience; SHRM-CP/PHR is preferred. Strong communication and influence skills are essential for coaching leaders and maintaining an inclusive, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR or related field.
• 2+ years HR or Operations Management experience required.
• SHRM-CP/PHR preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting, employee relations, compensation, and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment: postings, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and new hire orientation.
• Build a talent pipeline for future store needs.
• Counsel leaders on employee relations, investigations, corrective action, and terminations; coordinate with Support Office.
• Foster inclusion and develop relationships with associates and leadership.
• Manage leave options (FMLA, STD, ADA, workers' comp) with third-party vendors.
• Partner with leadership to drive engagement, retention, and a best-in-class work environment.
• Roll out programs and provide training to support associates and leadership.
• Lead weekly payroll processing and timecard accuracy; maintain payroll records on-site.
• Leverage turnover, ER case data, and exit interviews to guide decisions and drive improvements.
• Serve as a resource on benefits (medical, dental, etc.) and participate in recognition programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain regular attendance per schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.
