Alstom in Bologna is seeking an HR stagiaire for a 3+3 month internship to support talent development, recruiting, KPI monitoring, and HR process deployment. You will work with the Talent Management team and HR Business Partner in an international, multicultural setting, with some days of Smartworking.

The role is based in Bologna and focuses on HR development, recruitment support, and employer branding activities within Italy.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Humanities, Management Engineering or related field.
• Interest in organizational development topics and new dynamics of HR Business Partnering
• Fluent in English
• Good communication skills
• Data-driven and Digital mindset
• Flexible, open minded, fair and balanced judgment
• Motivate to work in an international and multicultural environment; work with people at all levels within the Organization
• Ability to properly handle confidential and HR sensitive information

Mansioni

• Support talent development initiatives dedicated to specific Communities in terms of development actions and training (e.g. D&I initiatives, Learning tutorship)
• Support recruiting and selection activities for Staff Functions
• Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for Talent Activities at Country Level
• Support the Italy HR community in the deployment of the People Management Cycle process and/or other development process/actions
• Support employer branding initiatives and, in particular, Universitary Relations to support strategic recruitment plans at Country level
• Support organization and delivery of the training plan
