Pirelli in Milano, Italy is offering a learning-focused opportunity within the Human Resources team. You will support the HR Business Partner Manager in managing the global employee lifecycle and assist with recruitment, onboarding and development initiatives under a tutor.

Competenze

• Master's degree in economics/law/philosophy. Post-Graduate Master in HR management is a plus;
• Strong passion for people development, organization designing and analytics;
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• You will manage key HR processes across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on salary review, budget, workforce planning, training management, performance management and organizational management.
• You will support full life cycle recruitment and onboarding: drafting job descriptions, candidate management, interview coordination and new hire integration.
• You will implement people development initiatives, including training plans, career paths, internal mobility and engagement activities.
• You will prepare reports, presentations and data analysis on HR topics to help monitor trends and key people indicators.
