Qualifications

• Recent graduate or student nearing graduation in HR, economics, or management engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge a plus.
• Fluent Italian and good English (B2 or higher).
• Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, organized, discreet, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes in HR Administration.
• Coordinate relationships with universities and agencies for internship activations and documentation.
• Handle SAP tickets, payroll data input, and routine administrative requests.
• Assist planning and logistics of technical and corporate training programs.
• Track attendance, collect training feedback, and support performance cycles.
• Support internal HR communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare recurring HR reports and data analyses in Excel.
• Collaborate with HR team and department managers in a HR Business Partnering model.
• Contribute ideas to streamline workflows and digitalize HR tools.
