Job summary

Moncler is seeking an engaged People Organizational Excellence Intern at our Global Headquarters in Milan for an immediate start. The 6‑month internship runs full‑time and focuses on supporting HR process improvement and the evolution of HR tools at a global level.

You will collaborate with international teams, gather requirements, and help create training materials to drive adoption of HR solutions. An inclusive, dynamic environment awaits with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in HR processes, digital tools, process improvement, and organizational transformation.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to work in an international and cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis and mapping of HR processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the development of efficient and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate in gathering and analyzing functional requirements, supporting the evolution of HR systems and the implementation of new features to enable business processes.
• Contribute to the preparation of training materials and communication initiatives, encouraging the adoption and effective use of HR tools among end users.
• Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders to gather local requirements and promote solutions aligned with global business needs.
