Job summary

Valentino is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the Talent & People Development department in Milan. The role focuses on internships and entry-level profiles, handling job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding, and reporting.

The position requires a bachelor’s in Economics or related field, fluency in English and Italian, and an agile, organized mindset. Prior recruiting experience is a plus; MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Economics or humanities.
• Master in HR is a plus.
• Experience recruiting in a multinational company or agency.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Agile mindset and thinking outside the box.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process focusing on internships and entry level profiles (job posting, CV screening, interviews/assessment, onboarding).
• Maintain internship reports and dashboards aligned with Talent Acquisition metrics and KPIs.
• Actively support the Employer Branding team in their activities.
• Assist TA and EB in monitoring candidate experience.
