Responsibilities

• Screen CVs and identify suitable candidates based on hiring requirements
• Conduct screenings and interviews with hiring managers
• Manage job postings across internal and external recruitment platforms
• Coordinate training and workshop logistics including materials and communicating with internal leaders
• Assist in organizing assessment centers and participate in career fairs recruitment initiatives
• Support processes/operations of the Henkel HR team
• Comply with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations
