Job summary

Henkel is seeking an HR professional in Lombardy to lead recruitment activities, screen candidates, and coordinate training and assessment logistics. The role emphasizes English fluency with Italian mandatory and a strong collaborative mindset within a hybrid work setup.

What You´ll Do

• Be involved in a wide range of HR projects (e.g. Employer Reputation activities)
• Contribute to our success by taking over recruitment processes
• Screen CVs and identify suitable candidates based on hiring requirements, conduct screenings and interviews with hiring managers, manage job postings across internal and external recruitment platforms
• Coordinate training and workshop logistics and coordination - including ordering materials, communicating with internal leaders, managing online communication tools, etc.
• Assist in organizing assessment centers, participate in career fairs, and recruitment initiatives.
• Support processes/operations of the respective Henkel team
• Comply with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations
