BCG Platinion, part of The Boston Consulting Group, leverages strategy and technology to deliver AI‑driven solutions and platform architectures for leading organizations. You will independently acquire and manage strategic IT projects, guiding clients from planning through delivery while coordinating teams and resources to achieve measurable business impact.

The role requires a deep IT consulting background, extensive leadership, and fluency in Italian and English to communicate complex topics

Competenze

• Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades.
• At least twelve years of relevant experience in IT consulting and the lead design and management of IT implementation and strategy projects.
• Experience in Media & Telecommunication.
• Project-related management experience of teams with more than five people.
• Knowledge of planning IT initiatives and building solid business cases.
• Ability to steer decisions toward goals in complex organizations and resolve escalations.
• Proven track record in acquiring consulting projects.
• Fluent Italian and English communication.

What You'll Do

• Independently contribute to building and deepening close client relationships, and as their trusted advisor, be the first to whom they turn
• Acquire new projects and challenges for our company on his/her own
• Be in charge of planning, leadership, and quality assurance for strategic IT projects and work with passion for our clients' long-term success
• Use a comprehensive knowledge of technology and the industry to provide both internal and external stakeholders with the orientation they need in critical project phases and situations
• Think across projects and connecting factors, and plan resources with a clear view to their effectiveness
• Take responsibility for presenting key project results at the highest level of client management
• Work with entrepreneurial passion to advance BCG Platinion with personal contributions to people development, recruiting, and practice areas

What You'll Bring

• To have successfully acquired consulting projects
• Good at understanding and communicating complex topics in both Italian and English

Compensation Information

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, and a market-leading benefits package described below. The base salary range for this role is EUR 114.000,00 - EUR 122.000,00.

This is an estimated range. Any final offer would be based on objective, role-related criteria such as your relevant experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills. Employees may also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
