CB Talents SP in San Marino is seeking a Mandarin-speaking HR Help Desk Executive to support employees by handling HR inquiries and providing accurate, timely assistance. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple requests in a structured environment.

You will respond in Mandarin and English, handle policies, records, payroll and benefits, and escalate complex issues when needed.

Formación

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
• Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service, Help Desk, or HR support.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle HR inquiries via chat, email, or phone in Mandarin and English.
