InvenSense Inc. in Milan, Italy is seeking an HR Generalist to cover a maternity replacement. The role supports daily HR operations, training, development, talent acquisition, and university partnership activities across Europe.

You will manage benefits, organize events, and ensure a positive candidate and employee experience. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR or related field, strong English and Italian communication, and at least one year in HR with sourcing and relationship-building

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Italian and English.
• At least one year of HR management experience preferred.
• Proven candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Learning & Development planning.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently or in a team in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with cross-geographical & multi-cultural environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily functions of HR department.
• Partner with Global HR Team aligning with business needs, culture, and values.
• Lead or participate in special projects.
• Identify development and training needs and manage local training plan.
• Create the FY training plan and manage regional funding requests.
• Support recruitment: posting positions, sourcing, interviews.
• Develop university partnerships and boost internship program with Italian universities.
• Manage Milan Internship Program including candidate selection and payroll coordination.
• Improve employee experience: renew benefits, organize events, welcome day.
• Ensure compliance, confidentiality, and integrity in all activities.
