Hitachi Energy is seeking an HR Generalist to help coordinate recruitment, onboarding, payroll liaison, and performance processes. You will guide managers and employees on HR tools and policies.

You will ensure data quality, HR reporting, and collaboration with local HRBP and unions. The role requires English B2 and Italian; Excel proficiency; Experience in HR; Workday is a plus. The role offers a hybrid work model and competitive benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of professional HR experience.
• Proactivity, analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.
• English B2 and Italian language skills are mandatory.

Mansioni

• Guide/train managers and employees on HR tools and policies.
• Ensure data quality in HR systems and manage HR reporting.
• Liaise with HR Operations on payroll issues.
• Inform new hires about company policies.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies.
• Support coordination of on-site training activities.
• Support information material for HRBP meetings with trade unions.
