Hitachi ABB Power Grids in Milano seeks an HR Operations assistant to support employee administration and lifecycle processes, process HR requests and onboard interns and staff, and help manage time and attendance. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in HR, economics or humanities, is fluent in English and Italian, and has strong MS Office skills; knowledge of Workday is a plus.
