Lincotek Group, headquartered in Parma, is seeking an HR Generalist based at the Bologna plant to coordinate HR processes for Bologna and Turin sites, reporting to the Division Regional HR Manager and collaborating with plant managers and COEs.

The role covers personnel administration, industrial relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, people development, HR advisory, COE guideline implementation and change management.

Competenze

• 3 to 5 years of HR Generalist experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and CCNL Metalmeccanico.
• Experience in matrix organizations with COE logic is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end personnel administration for Bologna and Turin plants, collaborating with the external payroll office.
• Support plant managers and the Regional HR Manager in day-to-day labor relations.
• Lead recruiting, selection, and onboarding for operational, technical, and white-collar roles.
• Oversee performance management, training, and competency development across sites.
• Provide HR advisory on labor law, welfare, and internal regulations.
• Implement COE policies locally and adapt them to Bologna and Turin.
• Support change management during HR process digitization and plant evolution.
