Lincotek Group, headquartered in Parma, is seeking an HR Generalist based at the Bologna plant to coordinate HR processes for Bologna and Turin sites, reporting to the Division Regional HR Manager and collaborating with plant managers and COEs.

The role covers personnel administration, industrial relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, people development, HR advisory, COE guideline implementation and change management.

Competenze

• 3 to 5 years of HR Generalist experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and CCNL Metalmeccanico.
• Experience in matrix organizations with COE logic is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

ABOUT THE JOB

Based at the Bologna plant, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating HR processes for the Bologna and Turin manufacturing sites, reporting directly to the Division Regional HR Manager and working in close collaboration with local plant managers and COEs

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Personnel Administration: Manage the end-to-end personnel administration cycle for both plants, working in cooperation with the external payroll office.
• Industrial Relations: Support plant managers and the Regional HR Manager in the day-to-day management of local industrial and labor union relations.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Implement recruiting, selection, and onboarding policies for operational, technical, and white-collar roles in line with group standards.
• People Development: Monitor and manage performance management, training, and competency development processes defined at the central level.
• HR Advisory: Provide daily support and guidance to employees and line managers on labor law, corporate welfare, and internal company regulations.
• COE Guidelines Implementation: Act as the local point of contact for implementing policies, processes, and projects defined by central Centers of Excellence (COEs) adapting them to the specific needs of the Bologna and Turin plants.
• Change Management: Actively support change management processes related to organizational transformations, HR process digitalization, or plant evolutions, guiding managers and employees through the transition journey.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Economics, Law, Humanities, or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of previous experience as an HR Generalist, preferably gained in industrial, manufacturing, ideally structured in a matrix organization with COE logics.
• Good knowledge of Italian labor law and relevant collective bargaining agreements (CCNL Metalmeccanico).
• Availability to travel regularly to the Turin plant.
• Good command of the MS Office package (particularly Excel) and major HR management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adaptability, and a strong predisposition for change management.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
