Bosch Rexroth Oil Control SpA in Modena/Reggio Emilia area is seeking an HR Generalist intern to join a young and dynamic environment. The role will support Recruitment, Personnel Administration, Training and Development, and Employer Branding.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Work Psychology, or Law, with passion for HR, empathy, listening skills, and excellent English. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is expected.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Work Psychology, or Law.
• Strong passion for Human Resources with empathy and listening skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
