Job summary

Leonardo in Anagni is seeking an HR Generalist to support the HR Site Manager with people management and onboarding activities. You will manage contracts, coordinate onboarding and training, and handle administration across the HR function.

The role requires a University degree, 1–3 years of HR Generalist experience, and solid knowledge of labor laws. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid setup under the national metalworking industry collective agreement, with potential 13th-month pay,

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 1–3 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
• Proficient in MS Office; Workday is a plus.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Fluent English at least intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for day-to-day HR management.
• Onboard employees and help organize training initiatives.
• Manage labor contracts (part time; secondment; business trip).
• Handle temporary workers: RDA, invoices, deadlines per laws.
• Oversee administrative issues for Personnel in the Sr Business Partner Area.
• Draft settlement agreements with Labor & Litigation Department and coordinate with industrial associations and trade unions representatives.
• Manage all administrative activities of People Management (holidays, headcount, end of labor relationships, organizational charts).
• Coordinate admin activities with Data Management.
• Manage SAP or other HR systems updates.
• Liaise with Data Management and HR Admin and Business Support Service.
• Oversee overtime processes for relevant population.
