Job summary

Leonardo S.p.A. is seeking a Junior HR Generalist to support the HR Site Manager in day-to-day people management at our Anagni site. You will onboard new hires, help organize training, manage contracts, and coordinate with Labor & Litigation and unions to keep processes compliant.

The role focuses on administrative HR activities, including headcount tracking, holiday management, and updating organizational charts, with exposure to SAP or other HRIS. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as HR Generalist (1 - 3 years).
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HR Information systems (e.g. Workday) will be a plus.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Aptitude in problem-solving.
• Team working aptitude.
• English language: at least intermediate level written and spoken.
• Be able to maintain top confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact with Personnel for ordinary day-to-day people management.
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training initiatives.
• Manage labor contracts (e.g. Part time; Secondment contract, business trip contract).
• Manage temporary workers: RDA, checking invoices, monitoring deadlines based on the relevant laws.
• Manage administrative issues related to Personnel for the HR Partner Area.
• Coordinate settlement agreements with Labor & Litigation Department and liaise with Industrials Association and Trade Unions Representative.
• Maintain administrative activities related to People Management (holiday management; Headcount monitoring; end of labor relationships; update Organizational Charts).
• Coordinate SAP (or other HRIS) activities related to People Management updates.
• Liaise with Data Management and HR Admin and Business Support Service.
• Manage overtime process for relevant population.
