Job summary

Leonardo, a leading global aerospace and defense group, seeks an HR Generalist in the Helicopters Division. You will be the first contact for personnel, oversee onboarding, training initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.

The role requires a university degree, 1–3 years’ HR experience, knowledge of labour laws, strong MS Office and ideally Workday. It offers a permanent contract and hybrid working, with a 13th-month salary and performance bonus.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 1–3 years HR Generalist experience.
• Understanding of general HR policies and labour laws.
• Strong MS Office and HRIS exposure (Workday preferred).
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to maintain top confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact with personnel for day-to-day people management.
• Conduct onboarding and help organize training initiatives.
• Manage labor contracts and temporary workers.
• Oversee administrative HR activities and payroll-related tasks.
• Coordinate with Labour & Litigation and unions as needed.
• Maintain organizational charts and HR data accuracy.
• Handle overtime processes for relevant groups.
