KIKO MILANO in Milan seeks a Global Functions HR Business Partner to partner with leaders, implementing HR strategy focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and employee engagement. You will collaborate with line managers, advise on people-related matters, and drive organizational change with a focus on business outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Economics and Management or related field.
• 5+ years as HR Business Partner, preferably in retail or beauty sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and effective integration into the company culture and working environment.
• Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews and performance improvement plans where required.
• Manage and support compensation and benefits processes, including annual salary reviews, MBO and variable compensation.
• Monitor and analyze key HR KPIs, including turnover, headcount and labor costs, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead or contribute to key HR initiatives and projects, including organizational restructuring, culture change and HR process improvements.

Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Global Functions HR Business Partner, joining the HR Team, reporting to the HR Senior Manager Global Functions.

This role will partner with business leaders to implement the HR strategy, with focus on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and employee engagement.

In particular, you will:

• Collaborate with business leaders and Line Managers to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics and Management, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus).
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in retail company or in beauty sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
