KIKO MILANO in Bergamo, Italy, seeks a Legal Specialist (Maternity Cover) to join the Legal & Corporate Affairs Team, reporting to the Italy & Global Real Estate Legal Director. You will support real estate, retail, and marketing contracts to protect the brand and ensure compliance.

The role requires a Law degree, up to 3 years of relevant experience, fluent English, and strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.

Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Legal Specialist (Maternity Cover) to join KIKO MILANO's Legal & Corporate Affairs Team, reporting to the Italy & Global Real Estate Legal Director.

Such talent will provide legal support across a broad range of business activities, ensuring legal compliance while protecting the Company's interests and supporting business growth in Italy and internationally.

In particular, you will:

• Review, negotiate and draft real estate agreements, supporting the development of KIKO Group's retail network.
• Review, negotiate and draft a broad range of retail and marketing contracts, protecting brand image and reputation.
• Draft prize promotions rules and related terms and conditions and manage their implementation.
• Provide legal advice on all legal matters supporting KIKO Group Italian and foreign entities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify legal risks and provide practical and business-oriented solutions.
• Support the Legal team in the management of day-to-day legal activities and corporate documentation.

What you will need to succeed

• Degree in Law. A qualification obtained abroad will be evaluated if recognised as equivalent to a degree in Law, pursuant to current legislation.
• Up to 3 years of overall experience in a retail company and/or in an international law firm gained in civil, commercial, corporate, real estate and/or M&A law.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word.
• Fluent in English, including the ability to negotiate and draft effectively.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Problem solver with the ability to resolve legal and business issues practically and efficiently.
• Highly organized, with the ability to work under pressure, prioritize and manage workloads to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Passionate about building relationships and collaborating with legal teammates and key stakeholders.
• Ability in internal client-facing demeanor.
