KIKO MILANO in Milan is seeking a CRM Coordinator to join the CRM Team, reporting to the Head of Global CRM & Loyalty. You will support planning and end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns across multiple channels to ensure accurate targeting and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes audience segmentation using an advanced RFM model, cross-functional collaboration with Data teams, and ongoing optimization to boost engagement and customer lifetime value, with strong attention to detail.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field required.
• Experience in beauty/retail/consumer goods preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Klaviyo).
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; solid segmentation knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities; detail-oriented.

Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a CRM Coordinator to join KIKO MILANO’s CRM Team, reporting to the Head of Global CRM & Loyalty.

Such talent supports the planning and end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring accurate targeting, timely delivery, consistent customer experiences and continuous performance optimization.

In particular, you will:

CRM Campaign Execution

• Coordinate the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp and other channels
• Build and manage campaign calendars, ensuring alignment with product launches, commercial initiatives, loyalty activities and local market needs
• Coordinate campaign briefs with Creative, Digital Design, Copywriter and external agencies
• Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time across all channels
• Coordinate campaign approvals and ensure consistency across customer touchpoints
• Develop and execute customer segmentation strategies based on an advanced RFM model
• Create and manage audience selections for CRM campaigns, ensuring accurate targeting and alignment with business objectives and customer lifecycle stages
• Collaborate with Data teams to continuously refine segmentation models and identify new personalization opportunities that improve engagement and conversion
• Monitor the performance of segmented and personalized campaigns, analyzing customer response and recommending optimizations to increase campaign effectiveness and customer lifetime value
• Support A/B and multivariate testing of segmentation criteria and personalization tactics to continuously optimize weekly campaign performance and customer engagement

Reporting & Analysis

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare recurring performance reports
• Provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• Experience within a beauty, fashion, retail or consumer goods environment is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Klaviyo
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Good knowledge of customer segmentation and CRM best practices
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English
