KIKO MILANO cerca un HR Business Partner globale per unite al team HR, riportando al HR Senior Manager Global Functions. La figura agirà come consulente affidabile per i responsabili, guidando talent management, organizational effectiveness e workforce planning a livello globale, con focus su engagement e performance.

La posizione richiede laurea in HR, 5+ anni di esperienza nel ruolo, ottime capacità comunicative e fluente inglese.

Competenze

• Laurea in Risorse Umane o campo correlato.
• Almeno 5 anni di esperienza come HR Business Partner, preferibilmente nel retail o beauty.
• Ottime capacità di comunicazione e relazioni interpersonali a tutti i livelli.
• Capacità di problem solving e gestione dei conflitti.
• Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e gestire molte priorità in contesto dinamico.
• Conoscenza delle normative del lavoro e delle migliori pratiche HR.
• Fluenza in inglese obligatoria.

Mansioni

• Collaborare con i responsabili e i manager per sviluppare e implementare strategie HR allineate agli obiettivi di business.
• Fare da consulente HR affidabile ai manager, guidando le questioni legate alle persone.
• Supportare cambiamenti organizzativi, inclusi ristrutturazioni e cambiamento di cultura.
• Tradurre le priorità HR in azioni concrete per il business.
• Gestire il processo end-to-end di reclutamento: identificazione necessità, profili, sourcing, colloqui e selezione.
• Condurre ricerche dirette e individuare candidati di alta qualità tramite canali diversi.
• Guidare l’onboarding dei nuovi assunti e l’integrazione nella cultura aziendale.
• Supportare il ciclo di performance: definizione obiettivi, valutazioni e piani di miglioramento.

Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Global Functions HR Business Partner, joining the HR Team, reporting to the HR Senior Manager Global Functions. This role will partner with business leaders to implement the HR strategy, with focus on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and employee engagement.

In particular, you will:

• Collaborate with business leaders and Line Managers to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers, providing guidance on people-related matters and ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Support and manage organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, culture change and process improvements.
• Ensure that HR priorities and initiatives are effectively translated into business actions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying talent needs and defining profiles to sourcing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
• Conduct direct searches and proactively identify high-quality candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
• Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and effective integration into the company culture and working environment.
• Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews and performance improvement plans where required.
• Manage and support compensation and benefits processes, including annual salary reviews, MBO and variable compensation.
• Monitor and analyze key HR KPIs, including turnover, headcount and labor costs, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead or contribute to key HR initiatives and projects, including organizational restructuring, culture change and HR process improvements.

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics and Management, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus).
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in retail company or in beauty sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
