Menarini Group is seeking a proactive People & Organization Development Specialist to design and execute talent development programs, support HiPo pathways, and drive data-informed HR improvements. The role reports to the People & Organization Development Lead and focuses on supporting growth and organizational health across the HR function.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Work Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Development, HR Consulting, or project management roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis and people analytics (Excel, BI tools); Workday is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with talent management methodologies and assessment logistics.
• Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken).

We are seeking a passionate and analytical People & Organization Development Specialist to join our HR team, reporting directly to the People & Organization Development Lead. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and executing impactful talent development programs, supporting employee growth, and fostering an engaging, high-performing environment. Working closely within the department, you will support key talent initiatives, including high-potential development pathways and assessment processes.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the design, implementation, and tracking of targeted talent development programs and learning pathways to enhance employee competencies and career growth.
• Support the overall execution and roll-out of the Talent Identification & Development Cycle, ensuring effective coordination and follow-up across the organization.
• Support the implementation of personal growth initiatives for High Potentials (HiPos), including the operational management of external assessment tools, feedback logistics, and tailored development plans.
• Utilize People Analytics and HR metrics to monitor development program effectiveness, evaluate training/upskilling impacts, and generate data-driven reports.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and internal stakeholders to identify development needs and ensure seamless delivery of HR initiatives.
• Provide continuous project management support on cross-departmental HR transformation projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Work Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Development, Consulting, or Project Management roles (open also to high-potential candidates with a strong business/analytical background eager to transition into People Development).
• Proficiency in Data Analysis & People Analytics (Excel, BI tools, HRIS systems like Workday is a strong plus).
• Familiarity with talent management methodologies (competency models, assessment center logistics, development plans).
• Languages: Fluent English and Italian (both written and spoken).

The selected candidate will be employed under Category B in accordance with the provisions of the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, with an estimated annual base salary between Eur 42.000,00 and Eur 44.000,00, including all applicable contractual and remuneration terms, and in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 96/2026.
