Job summary

Prysmian Group in Milan is seeking an HR Controlling and Organization Analyst to turn people data into actionable insights that guide business decisions. You will work with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development on workforce planning, reporting and analytics.

This role offers exposure to multiple HR processes, systems and initiatives, with responsibilities including data collection/analysis, dashboards on headcount, turnover, hiring activity and diversity, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Comfortable with numbers, data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support business decisions.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards on headcount, turnover, hiring activity, diversity, and movements.
• Support workforce planning and organizational design activities.
• Maintain and update organizational charts and HR databases.
• Assist in analyzing organizational structure.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and HR projects.
• Prepare presentations and insights for HR and leadership meetings.
