Job summary

Prysmian is seeking an HR Controlling and Organization Analyst to transform people data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development to drive workforce planning, reporting, and analytics.

This role offers exposure to diverse HR processes and systems in a dynamic environment. The position requires a bachelor's or master's in a related field, advanced Excel, and experience with Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Organizational Development, or related field.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail; ability to report clearly.

Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support business decisions.
Assist in regular HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, hiring activity, diversity, movements).
Support workforce planning and organizational design activities.
Maintain and update organizational charts and HR databases.
Assist in analyzing organizational structure and data accuracy across HR systems.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and HR projects.
Prepare presentations and insights for HR and leadership meetings.
