Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the JLI department across installation sites worldwide, with a focus on Europe. You will partner with the business on day-to-day HR activities, support onboarding, development, performance, and mobility, and help drive workforce planning.

The role requires travel up to 50%, strong English, and experience in international organizations. The position is based in Milan, Lombardy, with a permanent full-time contract and benefits including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/related field.
• Experience as HR Generalist or HRBP in international organizations.
• Excellent command of English.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Proficient with MS Office; Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of HRIS and analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business on day-to-day HR activities.
• Support managers through onboarding, development, performance, mobility, and retention.
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare analyses for decisions.
• Contribute to workforce planning, design, and organizational development.
• Participate in international HR projects and deploy global processes.
• Manage employee relations, engagement, and change management.
• Collaborate with local HR teams to ensure consistency.
• Support planning, recruiting, and talent management with BUs COEs.
